ABOUT THIS POLICY
Central Compliance UK values the opinions of our students and customers and encourage you to share your experiences with our courses. We understand that genuine reviews about our courses are a valuable resource for other students when making informed purchasing decisions. This policy outlines our commitment to ensuring the legitimacy and integrity of customer reviews posted on our website and on third-party review platforms.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all customer reviews submitted and displayed on the CCUK website and to reviews of our courses on approved third-party review platforms. These third-party platforms may include (and not be limited to; Trustpilot, Google Reviews).
REVIEW SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To ensure reviews are helpful and legitimate, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
- Genuine Experiences: Reviews must be based on your personal experience with the course;
- Relevant Content: Reviews should be relevant to the course being reviewed;
- Respectful Language: Reviews must be respectful and free from offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language;
- No Promotional Content: Reviews should not contain promotional content, advertisements, or links to other websites;
- No Personal Information: Do not include personal information (e.g., full name, address, phone number) in your reviews;
- Accuracy: Reviews should be accurate and truthful;
- Compliance with UK Law: Reviews must comply with all relevant UK laws, including those relating to defamation and misleading advertising. This includes, but is not limited to the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024;
- Verification: Where possible, reviews should include a trackable User ID and/or purchase receipt number, or other verifiable information that demonstrates a genuine purchase. This is especially important when reviews are questioned;
- No Fake Reviews: The submission of fake or misleading reviews is strictly prohibited;
MAKING A REVIEW
We would be delighted for you to leave a review about your experience with us, as we hope this will be helpful for other customers as well as for CCUK. In order for you to complete a review, you must be a CCUK customer that can be traced via our purchase verification.
You can make a review in any of the following ways:
- Google Reviews;
- Trustpilot/third-party – after your confirmed course purchase and completion you will be sent a link so that you are able to leave a legitimate review;
VERIFICATION AND AUTHENTICITY
We may implement measures to verify the authenticity of reviews. These measures may include:
- Requiring students to provide a User ID or purchase receipt number;
- Use of automated software to detect and remove inauthentic reviews;
- Internal auditing of third party platform reviews on a regular basis in order to cross check with our own user records.
- External auditing of review and investigations, including any conducted by third party review sites.
We will not alter student reviews, only remove them if they violate policy. When dealing with reviews on third party platforms, we will cooperate with the platform’s verification procedures, and will provide verifiable purchase information when required.
INAPPROPRIATE REVIEWS
If you encounter a review that you believe is an inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise concerning review that in turn violates this policy, please report it to us by emailing support@centralcompliance.uk. In order to follow up on your report, please also include where you found the review and any other helpful information. If you have found the review on a third-party platform, you may also report it directly to that platform. We will investigate all reported reviews and take appropriate action.
REVIEW MODERATION
We reserve the right to moderate and/or remove reviews that violate these guidelines, both on our website and, where possible, on third-party platforms. We may also remove reviews that we deem to be:
- Spam or fake reviews;
- Reviews that are clearly not based on genuine experiences or not based in good faith;
- Reviews that contain inappropriate content;
- Reviews that violate intellectual property rights;
- Reviews that are suspected to be placed by automated bots;
- Reviews that disclose the information of staff members.
In instances where reviews do not follow our guidelines, we may take any or all of the following steps:
- Removing banned reviews;
- Correcting any statistical figures related to our reviews, e.g., any star rating graphics;
- Suspending or banning user accounts;
- Issuing warning notifications; and,
- Terminating memberships on third party review platforms, such as Trustpilot.
DIFFERENCES IN REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS
Any review you may choose to make should be solely about the course(s) you have taken on the CCUK website as they should be directly helpful to other students when making their purchasing decisions.
If you have a complaint about a specific problem you have had with one of our courses, then these should be directed to support@centralcompliance.uk. Complaints will be dealt with privately, and not displayed publicly.
LIABILITY
CCUK is not responsible for the content of user reviews, whether posted on our website or on third-party platforms. The opinions expressed in reviews are those of the individual reviewers and do not necessarily reflect our views.
DATA PROTECTION / YOUR DATA
Any personal data collected during the review submission process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
POLICY CHANGES AND UPDATES
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

POLICY DISPUTES
All policy disputes regarding our Customer and User Reviews policy will need to be emailed to support@centralcompliance.uk. We will usually look to respond to all policy disputes within seven working days.
This Customer and User Reviews policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK and European law. Disputes arising shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
